- Good Gun for the Money

i recently purchased this gun from my local shop. i must admit, at first i had doubts, but for the meager price, i figured it couldn't hurt to try. i started out with some mild cowboy loads and was immediately impressed. i later loaded up some loads of my own recipe and was still impressed. even with some of the warmer rounds, this thing was pretty much dead on shooting cast lead ranging from 160 to 250 grains and still hit the plate with a good bit of authority. so now I'm resolved to take it out as my deer hunting gun this fall in Indiana.Rating Price
now the down side....i really didn't care for that HUGE front sight it came with. so i carefully applied a bit of attention with my dremel and a cut off wheel to trim it at an angle on the back side. now, no fear of snagging. other than that, i have nothing bad to say .
